The Holy Ghost has been here ever since the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the coming forth of Pentecost. He's appeared through ages all down, getting a remnant of people together. The rest of it is cannon fodder; I'll just tell you that now. It's a fodder that'll mix with smoke out of torment.
